This document began its life as a description of the Vestertopian timekeeping system. It soon became clear, though, that an understanding of the system would require (or at least hopefully be somewhat eased by) some minimal level of familiarity with various other Vestertopian idiosyncracies, such as how numbers are represented in Vestertopia, and so its scope was broadened.
The latest version of the document (version Ⰱ.Ⰱ.Ⰰ, or "1.1.0" for those of you not yet entirely comfortable with Vestertinglish numbering) was released on Ekachandrakant Ⱅ, Ⰵ (January 1, 2024), and can be downloaded as a PDF: General Vestertopian Information: Languages, Numbers, Calendar, and Clocks, v1.1.0.
Historians and other scholars of Vestertopia, among others, may also be interested in earlier versions. All versions that have been publicly released are archived here:
